These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VocaChef mobile application and website (vocachef.com), operated by VocaChef ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using VocaChef, you agree to these Terms.
VocaChef is an AI-powered cooking coach application that generates recipes, imports user-provided recipes, and guides users through cooking steps using voice commands. The service is available on Android (with iOS coming soon).
Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@vocachef.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
VocaChef offers a free tier with a limited number of cooking sessions. Additional sessions are available through a Pro subscription:
Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's billing terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
Recipes generated by VocaChef are produced by an AI system. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we cannot guarantee that all generated recipes are correct, complete, safe, or suitable for your specific dietary needs or health conditions. When you paste or import a recipe into VocaChef, you confirm that you have the right to use that content. We do not claim ownership of recipes you provide. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

The VocaChef app, Chef Marco character, branding, and website are owned by VocaChef. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
VocaChef is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app, including issues arising from AI-generated recipe content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VocaChef's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of VocaChef after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
